People Caring for Country.
Marnti is an Aboriginal family owned and operated business. We pride ourselves on delivering the same attention to detail and customer experience on large scale infrastructure projects as we do on small civil jobs. We use only Australian made products on all our revegetation and dust suppression projects, and focus on investing in local and Indigenous workforce.
Marnti pays our respects to and acknowledges Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people as the Traditional Custodians of Country throughout Australia. For thousands of years Aboriginal people have thrived on Country by Caring for Country with deep listening and respect. We recognise and respect the unbroken connections to land, waters and sky. Through our work we honour Country and our collective futures.
What we stand for.
Every project we take on is approached with the same standard: do good work, leave Country better than we found it. These are the values we measure ourselves against on every job.
Connection to Country
Caring for Country isn't a tagline. It is the standard we measure every job against: rehabilitation that lasts, methods that respect place, and outcomes we can be proud of long after we leave site.
Partnerships
Partnerships power our success. We collaborate openly, share accountability, and grow together with our customers, colleagues and communities.
Integrity
We approach all operations with honesty, accountability, and uphold ethical practices.
Safety
Marnti stands by its vision that all activities are Safe by Choice, Not by Chance.
